I recently began a new position in management for a malpractice insurance carrier. [I am also a NAHQ/NYAHQ member]
I would like some guidance and advice in reference to my job duties, specifically with regard to the malpractice insurance industry and risk (‘prevention’) management. My company would like to incorporate more quality as opposed to risk management with regard to the malpractice insurance industry, hence I was brought in.
We also have an interest and are open to quality speakers for live webinars or conferences as it relates to the educational programming and resources we offer our clients. Next year we plan on having a few ‘breakfast sessions’ for clients for a presentation on Quality; If you or anyone would be interested in giving such a presentation, if not offering some advice on how and what I can present as far as Quality Management per its background AND as it relates to the malpractice insurance industry, please let me know.
