Carrie began her healthcare career in 1992 as a medical technologist and microbiologist in a small rural hospital in Western South Dakota. Her experience includes Performance Improvement, Infection Control, Patient Safety and Risk Management. She is currently working for a rural hospital in Western South Dakota as Supervisor of Patient Safety and Quality.
Carrie has two young daughters and enjoys the outdoors and reading in her spare time.
